~ Discord-generated user ID:
This is used to tie your Discord account to your data. We use this instead of your username as names/tags can be changed, whereas this ID is unique to you.
~ Discord username & tag:
Your name and tag are solely used for leadership placement.
~ Command usage:
Command usage is stored for two main reasons: anonymous statistics and potential abuse. The statistics do not store any information other than the command used. For abuse, we track some command usage to ensure that the bot is being used fairly, and without breaking our TOS (namely auto typers & inappropriate terminology).
~ Bot account/items (ie. coin balance, inventory items, premium perks, etc)
Without this, the bot wouldn't be able to do anything! This is all virtual and bot-specific, and does not include any information outside of the bot.
Server (Guild) Data:
~ Discord-generated guild ID
Just like the user ID, this is stored so the bot knows your guild is legit.
~ Guild name
Guild names are stored for further investigation of guilds utilizing the bot in malicious ways.
~ Bot settings (ie. mod role, prefix, premium perks, etc)
Similar to users, this is saved to make the bot work. None of this information involves any connection to you or your server.
